OPEN AND NATURAL LIVING-DINING AREA
A forever home deserves more than decoration, it deserves identity. For this couple, whose children had recently moved out, we shaped a living and dining space around calm ritual: reading, gathering, growing plants, and savoring quiet. Wrapped in deep green and softened by warm wood, the design transforms an open 23m² room into an intimate refuge: no walls, no doors, only flow and feeling.
Atmosphere First
Every surface is drenched in rich green, creating a cocoon-like calm that sets the emotional tone of the space.
Custom Shelves
Built-in shelving wraps around the doorway like a ribbon, framing books, plants, and personal history in one continuous gesture.
Framed by Arches
Arches gently guide movement between spaces, softening transitions while echoing natural forms. In the dining area, twin artworks and a mirrored niche create a balanced focal point, grounding the room in quiet symmetry.
